Looking for QA Testing Fixed Income Trading platform

Location:   NYC

Duration: 12+months

 

Role requirements
Must have experience in Fixed Income
Must have Brokerage Experience
Significant experience in testing Client Server applications
Significant experience in testing Mainframe applications
Strong communication and follow up skills (verbal/written).
Ability to decipher requirements and test scope when documentation is unavailable
Work independently. Attention to details.
Hard working, self motivated, and assertive
excellent organizational skills
Ability to create screen designs/mock-ups, and report definitions
Skills in Microsoft Office, ability to create documentation and presentations, develop spreadsheets
Mercury Quality Center
Extensive SQL background
Visio and MS Project Skills
SDLC
Managerial experience
N/A
Academic and professional qualifications
BA/BS Recommended
QA certification a plus (from PMI, QAI, IIST or other organization)
NASD Series 7
Language skills
English (Spoken and Written)
Personal attributes
6-10 years QA/IT experience in the financial industry with basic understanding
